1.1 การประกวดวิดีโอสั้น โอ้โห บางกอก ("การประกวด") จัดโดย Ohana Experiences Pte. Ltd. บริษัทที่จดทะเบียนในประเทศสิงคโปร์ เลขทะเบียน UEN 202520614G ที่อยู่จดทะเบียน 1 North Bridge Road, #18-06, High Street Centre, Singapore 179094 ("Ohana" หรือ "เรา") ติดต่อ: hello@ohana.world
1.2 การประกวดนี้ไม่ได้รับการสนับสนุน รับรอง หรือดำเนินการโดย และไม่มีความเกี่ยวข้องกับ TikTok, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Apple, Google หรือ DJI ข้อสงสัยหรือข้อร้องเรียนใด ๆ ให้ติดต่อ Ohana ไม่ใช่บริษัทเหล่านั้น
1.3 การเข้าร่วมถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดฉบับนี้ หากไม่ยอมรับ โปรดอย่าเข้าร่วม
2.1 เปิดรับครีเอเตอร์และบุคคลทั่วไป ไม่กำหนดจำนวนผู้ติดตามขั้นต่ำ
2.2 คุณต้องเป็นบุคคลสัญชาติไทย หรือชาวต่างชาติที่มีถิ่นพำนักหลักอยู่ในประเทศไทย ณ เวลาที่เข้าร่วม
2.3 คุณต้องมีอายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไป ณ วันที่มอบรางวัล จึงจะรับรางวัลได้ หากอายุต่ำกว่า 18 ปี คุณสามารถโพสต์วิดีโอได้ แต่ไม่สามารถรับรางวัล
2.4 พนักงาน ผู้รับจ้าง เอเจนซี่ที่ทำงานเกี่ยวกับการประกวดของ Ohana และครอบครัวใกล้ชิด ไม่มีสิทธิ์เข้าร่วม
2.5 คุณต้องมีบัญชี Ohana ในชื่อของคุณเองเพื่อลงทะเบียนผลงาน
3.1 เปิดรับผลงานวันที่ 11 กันยายน 2569 และปิดรับวันที่ 1 ตุลาคม 2569 เวลา 23:59 น. ตามเวลาอินโดจีน (ICT, UTC+7) ผลงานที่ลงทะเบียนในแอป Ohana หลังเวลาดังกล่าวจะไม่นับ
3.2 ประกาศผลผู้ชนะทาง @ohanadotworld บน Instagram และ @ohanadotworldofficial บน TikTok และติดต่อผู้ชนะผ่านบัญชี Ohana ที่ใช้ลงทะเบียน ภายในวันที่ 13 ตุลาคม 2569
4.1 ถ่ายวิดีโอสั้นความยาว 30 ถึง 60 วินาที บันทึกโมเมนต์โอ้โหของคุณในกรุงเทพฯ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นมุมลับ วิวเมือง อาหาร คาเฟ่ หรือประสบการณ์ที่ทำให้คุณร้องว่า "โอ้โห"
4.2 โพสต์วิดีโอบนบัญชี TikTok หรือ Instagram Reels ของคุณเองที่ตั้งค่าสาธารณะ พร้อมแฮชแท็กทั้งสอง #OHHOBangkok และ #โอ้โหบางกอก
4.3 กดติดตามและแท็ก Ohana บนแพลตฟอร์มที่คุณโพสต์: @ohanadotworld บน Instagram, @ohanadotworldofficial บน TikTok
4.4 ลงทะเบียนลิงก์วิดีโอในแอป Ohana และกรอก @username ของบัญชีที่คุณใช้โพสต์ เพื่อให้เรายืนยันได้ว่าโพสต์เป็นของคุณ
4.5 ติ๊กช่องเพื่อยืนยันว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดฉบับนี้
4.6 หนึ่งบัญชี ส่งผลงานได้ไม่จำกัด แต่ละผลงานต้องเป็นวิดีโอคนละคลิป โพสต์ของคุณต้องเปิดเป็นสาธารณะจนกว่าจะประกาศผลผู้ชนะ
4.7 ไม่ต้องซื้อสินค้าใด ๆ การดาวน์โหลดแอป Ohana ไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย
5.1 วิดีโอต้องเป็นผลงานต้นฉบับของคุณเอง ถ่ายทำในกรุงเทพฯ และไม่เคยเผยแพร่ที่ใดมาก่อนระยะเวลาการประกวด
5.2 คุณเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบเนื้อหา วิดีโอต้องไม่ละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์ เครื่องหมายการค้า ความเป็นส่วนตัว หรือสิทธิ์อื่นใดของผู้อื่น รวมถึงเพลง โปรดใช้เสียงที่คุณมีสิทธิ์ใช้บนแพลตฟอร์มที่คุณโพสต์
5.3 หากมีบุคคลอื่นปรากฏในวิดีโอในลักษณะที่ระบุตัวตนได้ คุณยืนยันว่าได้รับอนุญาตจากบุคคลนั้นให้ถ่ายและโพสต์ และให้ Ohana นำวิดีโอไปโพสต์ซ้ำตามข้อ 10
5.4 วิดีโอที่ไม่ปลอดภัย ผิดกฎหมาย เลือกปฏิบัติ มีเนื้อหาทางเพศอย่างชัดแจ้ง หมิ่นประมาท แสดงกิจกรรมผิดกฎหมาย หรือไม่เหมาะสมกับแบรนด์ Ohana ด้วยประการอื่น จะถูกตัดสิทธิ์ตามดุลยพินิจของ Ohana แต่เพียงผู้เดียว
5.5 วิดีโอต้องไม่โปรโมตธุรกิจ สินค้า หรือบริการใด เว้นแต่จะเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของประสบการณ์ของคุณตามธรรมชาติ
6.1 ห้ามซื้อยอดไลก์ ยอดวิว คอมเมนต์ หรือผู้ติดตาม ห้ามใช้บอท ระบบอัตโนมัติ คลิกฟาร์ม หรือการสร้างเอ็นเกจเมนต์เทียมแบบประสานงานกัน
6.2 หาก Ohana มีเหตุอันควรเชื่อว่าผลงานใดฝ่าฝืนข้อ 6.1 ผลงานและผู้เข้าร่วมนั้นจะถูกตัดสิทธิ์จากการประกวดและจากรางวัลทั้งหมด โดยไม่มีข้อยกเว้นและไม่มีสิทธิ์อุทธรณ์
6.3 Ohana อาจตรวจสอบตัวตนของคุณและความเป็นเจ้าของบัญชีโซเชียลก่อนมอบรางวัล

7.2 รอบแข่งและรอบชิงชนะเลิศ: ผลงานทั้ง 9 ชิ้นจะแบ่งเป็น 3 รอบ รอบละ 3 ผลงาน แต่ละรอบโพสต์เป็นคารูเซลพร้อมโพลบน @ohanadotworld (Instagram) และ @ohanadotworldofficial (TikTok) ผลงานที่ได้คะแนนโพลสูงสุดของแต่ละรอบจะผ่านเข้ารอบชิง ผู้ชนะจาก 3 รอบ และไวลด์การ์ด 1 ผลงานที่ทีม Ohana เลือกจากผลงานที่เข้ารอบที่เหลือ จะเข้าสู่โพสต์รอบชิงพร้อมโพล ผลโพลรอบชิงตัดสินรางวัลที่ 1 2 และ 3 Ohana จะบันทึกผลโพล ณ เวลาปิดโหวตของแต่ละรอบ และตัวเลขที่ Ohana บันทึกถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด
7.3 ผลงานหนึ่งชิ้นได้รับรางวัลได้เพียงหนึ่งรางวัล ผู้เข้าร่วมหนึ่งคนได้รับรางวัลได้เพียงหนึ่งรางวัล
7.4 รางวัล:
7.5 รางวัลไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิ์หรือแลกเปลี่ยนได้ Ohana อาจเปลี่ยนเป็นรางวัลที่มีมูลค่าเท่ากันหรือสูงกว่า หากรางวัลที่ระบุไม่สามารถจัดหาได้
7.6 คำตัดสินของคณะกรรมการถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด และไม่รับการโต้แย้งใด ๆ
7.7 หากพบว่าผู้ชนะฝ่าฝืนข้อกำหนดฉบับนี้ หรือไม่ตอบกลับภายในเวลาที่กำหนดในข้อ 8.2 รางวัลจะตกเป็นของผลงานลำดับถัดไปที่ผ่านเกณฑ์
8.1 Ohana จะติดต่อผู้ชนะผ่านบัญชี Ohana ที่ใช้ลงทะเบียน และทางอีเมลหากมีการให้ไว้
8.2 ผู้ชนะต้องตอบกลับและยืนยันข้อมูลภายใน 7 วันนับจากวันที่ได้รับการติดต่อ มิฉะนั้นถือว่าสละสิทธิ์
8.3 รางวัลเงินสดจะโอนผ่านการโอนเงินระหว่างประเทศเป็นเงินบาทเข้าบัญชีธนาคารในประเทศไทยที่เป็นชื่อของผู้ชนะ Ohana เป็นบริษัทสิงคโปร์และจ่ายรางวัลเต็มจำนวนโดยไม่หักภาษี รางวัลอาจถือเป็นเงินได้พึงประเมินในประเทศไทย ผู้ชนะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบในการยื่นและชำระภาษีที่เกิดจากรางวัลทั้งที่เป็นเงินสดและไม่ใช่เงินสด
8.4 รางวัลที่ 1 จัดซื้อในประเทศไทยและจัดส่งไปยังที่อยู่ในประเทศไทยเท่านั้น ภายใน 30 วันหลังผู้ชนะยืนยันข้อมูล Ohana เป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าจัดส่ง ปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการรับประกันหรือตัวสินค้าหลังการจัดส่ง เป็นเรื่องระหว่างผู้ชนะกับผู้จำหน่ายหรือผู้ผลิต
8.5 ผู้ชนะอาจต้องส่งสำเนาบัตรประชาชนหรือหนังสือเดินทาง และหน้าสมุดบัญชีธนาคารหรือหัวรายการเดินบัญชี เพื่อยืนยันตัวตนและดำเนินการจ่ายเงิน ดูวิธีที่เราดูแลข้อมูลนี้ในข้อ 9
9.1 Ohana ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทสิงคโปร์ เป็นผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่เก็บรวบรวมเพื่อการประกวด เนื่องจากการประกวดเปิดให้บุคคลในประเทศไทยเข้าร่วม พระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 ของไทยจึงใช้บังคับควบคู่กับ Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ของสิงคโปร์ ข้อมูลของคุณจะถูกประมวลผลและจัดเก็บนอกประเทศไทย ในสิงคโปร์และบนผู้ให้บริการคลาวด์ของ Ohana
9.2 เราเก็บรวบรวม: ข้อมูลบัญชี Ohana ของคุณ ลิงก์วิดีโอ @username โซเชียลมีเดียของคุณ และเฉพาะผู้ชนะ ชื่อ ข้อมูลบัตรประชาชนหรือหนังสือเดินทาง และข้อมูลบัญชีธนาคาร
9.3 เราใช้ข้อมูลนี้เพื่อตรวจสอบผลงาน ตัดสินการประกวด ติดต่อผู้ชนะ จ่ายรางวัล และปฏิบัติตามหน้าที่ทางภาษีและกฎหมาย ฐานทางกฎหมายคือการปฏิบัติตามสัญญาการประกวดที่คุณทำโดยการยอมรับข้อกำหนดฉบับนี้ และหน้าที่ตามกฎหมายสำหรับเอกสารทางภาษี
9.4 ชื่อจริง (ชื่อต้น) และ @username ของผู้ชนะจะถูกประกาศต่อสาธารณะ ชื่อเต็ม ข้อมูลบัตรประชาชน และข้อมูลธนาคารจะไม่ถูกเผยแพร่
9.5 ข้อมูลการเข้าร่วมจะถูกเก็บไว้จนถึง 90 วันหลังประกาศผลผู้ชนะ แล้วจึงลบ ยกเว้นเอกสารทางภาษีของผู้ชนะซึ่งจะเก็บไว้ตามระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายไทยกำหนด
9.6 คุณสามารถถอนผลงานได้ทุกเมื่อก่อนวันปิดรับ โดยส่งอีเมลถึง hello@ohana.world และสามารถขอเข้าถึง แก้ไข หรือลบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณตาม PDPA ได้ที่อีเมลเดียวกัน การถอนตัวหลังได้รับรางวัลถือเป็นการสละสิทธิ์รางวัล
9.7 นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวทั่วไปของ Ohana ใช้บังคับกับเรื่องอื่น ๆ ที่ไม่ได้กล่าวถึงในที่นี้
10.1 คุณยังคงเป็นเจ้าของวิดีโอของคุณ
10.2 การเข้าร่วมถือว่าคุณอนุญาตให้ Ohana ใช้สิทธิ์แบบไม่จำกัดแต่เพียงผู้เดียว โดยไม่มีค่าตอบแทน และทั่วโลก ในการนำวิดีโอและ @username ของคุณไปโพสต์ซ้ำ แชร์ ปรับให้เข้ากับรูปแบบ (ครอบตัด ใส่คำบรรยาย ปรับความยาว) และใช้ในการตลาดของ Ohana บนโซเชียลมีเดีย แอป Ohana เว็บไซต์ Ohana และโฆษณาแบบชำระเงิน ตลอดระยะเวลาการประกวดและอีก 12 เดือนหลังปิดรับผลงาน
10.3 Ohana จะให้เครดิต @username ของคุณทุกครั้งที่ใช้วิดีโอเป็นโพสต์เดี่ยว
10.4 คุณสามารถขอให้ Ohana หยุดใช้วิดีโอของคุณหลังปิดรับผลงานได้ โดยส่งอีเมลถึง hello@ohana.world Ohana จะนำวิดีโอออกจากช่องทางที่ตนควบคุมภายใน 14 วัน แต่ไม่สามารถเรียกคืนสื่อที่บุคคลภายนอกได้เผยแพร่ไปแล้ว
11.1 Ohana อาจแก้ไขข้อกำหนดฉบับนี้ ขยายหรือย่นระยะเวลาการประกวด หรือยกเลิกการประกวด หากกฎหมาย กฎของแพลตฟอร์ม หรือเหตุการณ์ที่อยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุมตามสมควรกำหนดให้ต้องทำเช่นนั้น การเปลี่ยนแปลงจะประกาศที่ ohana.world/ohhobangkok และทาง @ohanadotworld (Instagram) และ @ohanadotworldofficial (TikTok)
11.2 Ohana ไม่รับผิดชอบต่อผลงานที่สูญหาย ล่าช้า ไม่สมบูรณ์ หรือไม่ได้รับ อันเนื่องมาจากความขัดข้องทางเทคนิค การขัดข้องของแพลตฟอร์ม หรือการจำกัดบัญชีบน TikTok หรือ Instagram
11.3 เท่าที่กฎหมายไทยอนุญาต Ohana ไม่รับผิดต่อความสูญเสียหรือการบาดเจ็บใด ๆ ที่เกิดจากการเข้าร่วมการประกวดหรือจากการถ่ายทำวิดีโอของคุณ โปรดถ่ายทำอย่างปลอดภัยและถูกกฎหมาย
11.4 ข้อกำหนดฉบับนี้ไม่จำกัดสิทธิ์ของคุณตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค พ.ศ. 2522 หรือกฎหมายอื่นที่ไม่สามารถยกเว้นได้
12.1 ข้อกำหนดฉบับนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายไทย และข้อพิพาทอยู่ในเขตอำนาจของศาลไทย แม้ว่า Ohana จะจดทะเบียนในประเทศสิงคโปร์ ข้อกำหนดฉบับนี้ไม่ตัดสิทธิ์ความคุ้มครองที่คุณมีตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคของไทย
12.2 ข้อกำหนดฉบับนี้จัดทำเป็นภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาไทย
1.1 The OHHO Bangkok Short Video Contest (the "Contest") is organised by Ohana Experiences Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore, UEN 202520614G, registered address 1 North Bridge Road, #18-06, High Street Centre, Singapore 179094 ("Ohana", "we", "us"). Contact: hello@ohana.world.
1.2 The Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Apple, Google or DJI. Any questions or complaints go to Ohana, not to those companies.
1.3 By entering you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not enter.
2.1 Open to creators and the general public. No follower minimum.
2.2 You must be a Thai national, or a foreign national whose primary residence is in Thailand, at the time of entry.
2.3 You must be 18 or older at the time of entry.
2.4 Ohana employees, contractors, agencies working on the Contest, and their immediate families are not eligible.
2.5 You must have an Ohana account in your own name to register an entry.
3.1 Entries open on 11 September 2026 and close on 1 October 2026 at 23:59 Indochina Time (ICT, UTC+7). Entries registered in the Ohana app after that time are not counted.
3.2 Winners will be announced on @ohanadotworld on Instagram and @ohanadotworldofficial on TikTok, and contacted through the Ohana account used to register, by 13 October 2026.
4.1 Create a short video, 30 to 60 seconds, capturing your own OHHO Moment in Bangkok: a hidden gem, a city view, food, a cafe, or an experience that made you say "OHHO".
4.2 Post the video on your own public TikTok or Instagram Reels account with both hashtags #OHHOBangkok and #โอ้โหบางกอก.
4.3 Follow and tag Ohana on the platform where you posted: @ohanadotworld on Instagram, @ohanadotworldofficial on TikTok.
4.4 Register the video link in the Ohana app and enter the @username of the account you posted from, so we can verify the post is yours.
4.5 Tick the box confirming you accept these Terms.
4.6 One account, unlimited entries. Each entry must be a different video. Your account must be public with reposts enabled, and your post must stay public, until winners are announced.
4.7 No purchase is necessary. Downloading the Ohana app is free.
5.1 The video must be your own original work, filmed in Bangkok, and not published anywhere before the Contest period.
5.2 You are responsible for the content. It must not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights. This includes music: use sounds you have the right to use on the platform where you post.
5.3 If other people appear recognisably in your video, you confirm you have their permission to film and post them, and for Ohana to repost the video under section 10.
5.4 Videos that are unsafe, unlawful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, defamatory, that show illegal activity, or that are otherwise unsuitable for the Ohana brand will be disqualified at Ohana's sole discretion.
5.5 Videos must not promote a business, product or service other than as a natural part of your experience.
6.1 Buying likes, views, comments or followers, using bots, automation, click farms or coordinated inauthentic engagement is prohibited.
6.2 If Ohana reasonably believes an entry has broken 6.1, the entry and the entrant are disqualified from the Contest and from any prize, with no exceptions and no right of appeal.
6.3 Ohana may verify your identity and your ownership of the social account before awarding a prize.
7.1 Shortlist: after the closing time in 3.1, the Ohana team selects the nine entries that best fit the brief, judged on creativity, relevance to Bangkok, and fit with the Ohana brand. This is a skill-based judgement, not a draw. The heat schedule and each voting window are announced with the shortlist. Where a shortlisted entry was posted on TikTok only, Ohana will ask the entrant to post the same video as a public Instagram Reel within 48 hours of being notified. If the entrant does not, Ohana may upload the video to @ohanadotworld with credit under section 10 so it can take part in the vote.
7.2 Heats and final: the nine entries are drawn at random into three heats of three. Each heat is posted as a carousel with a poll on @ohanadotworld (Instagram), one heat per day, and each poll is open for three days. The entry with the most poll votes in each heat advances. Heats are also shared on @ohanadotworldofficial (TikTok) for promotion only; TikTok engagement does not count as a vote. The three heat winners and one wild card, being the non-advancing shortlisted entry with the highest percentage of votes in its heat, go into a final carousel and poll open for three days. The final poll decides first, second and third prize. Ohana records the poll results at the close of each voting window and Ohana's recorded figures are final.
7.3 An entry can win only one prize. An entrant can win only one prize.
7.4 Prizes:
7.5 Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged. Ohana may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.
7.6 The judges' decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7.7 If a winner is found to have broken these Terms, or does not respond within the time in 8.2, the prize passes to the next qualifying entry.
7.8 If a poll ties for a position that decides advancement or a prize, Ohana will run a fresh poll on @ohanadotworld between the tied entries only, open for at least 24 hours, and the result of that poll is final. If the re-vote also ties, the Ohana judging panel decides on the criteria in 7.1. A re-vote may delay the dates in 3.2 and 7.1 by the length of the re-vote.
7.9 Ohana reposts every valid entry on @ohanadotworld using Instagram's repost function, so the entry remains the entrant's post and all views, likes and comments accrue to the entrant.
8.1 Winners are contacted through the Ohana account used to register and, where provided, by email.
8.2 Winners must respond and confirm their details within 7 days of being contacted, or forfeit the prize.
8.3 Cash prizes are paid by international bank transfer in Thai Baht to a Thai bank account in the winner's name. Ohana is a Singapore company and pays prizes gross. Prizes may count as assessable income in Thailand; winners are responsible for declaring and paying any tax due on cash or non-cash prizes.
8.4 The first prize is purchased in Thailand and delivered to an address within Thailand only, within 30 days of the winner confirming their details. Ohana covers delivery. Warranty and product issues after delivery are between the winner and the retailer or manufacturer.
8.5 Winners may be asked to provide a copy of their Thai ID card or passport and a bank book or statement header to verify identity and process payment. See section 9 on how we handle this.
9.1 Ohana, a Singapore company, is the data controller for personal data collected for the Contest. Because the Contest is offered to people in Thailand, Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) applies alongside Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012. Your data is processed and stored outside Thailand, in Singapore and on Ohana's cloud providers.
9.2 We collect: your Ohana account details, the video link, your social media @username, and, for winners only, your name, ID or passport details and bank details.
9.3 We use this data to verify entries, judge the Contest, contact winners, pay prizes and meet our tax and legal obligations. The legal basis is performance of the Contest contract you enter by accepting these Terms, and legal obligation for tax records.
9.4 Winners' first names and @usernames will be announced publicly. Full names, ID and bank details are never published.
9.5 Entry data is kept until 90 days after winners are announced, then deleted, except tax records for winners, which are kept for the period Thai law requires.
9.6 You can withdraw your entry at any time before the closing date by emailing hello@ohana.world. You can also ask to access, correct or delete your personal data under the PDPA by contacting the same address. Withdrawal after winning means forfeiting the prize.
9.7 Ohana's general Privacy Policy applies to everything not covered here.
10.1 You keep ownership of your video.
10.2 By entering you grant Ohana a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to repost, share, edit for format (cropping, captions, length), and use your video and your @username in Ohana's marketing on social media, the Ohana app, the Ohana website and paid advertising, during the Contest and for 12 months after it closes.
10.3 Ohana will credit your @username whenever the video is used as a standalone post.
10.4 You can ask Ohana to stop using your video after the Contest closes by emailing hello@ohana.world. Ohana will remove it from channels it controls within 14 days. Ohana cannot recall material already distributed by third parties.
11.1 Ohana may amend these Terms, extend or shorten the Contest, or cancel it if required by law, by platform rules, or by circumstances outside its reasonable control. Changes will be posted at ohana.world/ohhobangkok and announced on @ohanadotworld (Instagram) and @ohanadotworldofficial (TikTok).
11.2 Ohana is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete or not received because of technical failures, platform outages, or account restrictions on TikTok or Instagram.
11.3 To the extent permitted by Thai law, Ohana is not liable for any loss or injury arising from participation in the Contest or from filming your video. Film safely and legally.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Thailand's Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 (1979) or other laws that cannot be excluded.
12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand and disputes are subject to the courts of Thailand, even though Ohana is incorporated in Singapore. Nothing in these Terms removes protections you have under Thai consumer law.
